Introduction trichlorophenol in the industry is mainly used in the production of dye intermediates, pesticides and preservatives and other products. Due to the non-standard discharge, it often appears in the coking, printing and dyeing, wood preservation and other industries in the wastewater, and the presence of trichlorophenol has been detected in natural water.
2,4, 6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP), as a typical and widely used industrial raw material, has a "three" effect on human body and aquatic animals and plants, it is a toxic organic pollutant and has been listed as a priority control pollutant by the US Environmental Protection Agency.
degradation method (1) start-up of SBR Reactor: the inoculated sludge of this system is sludge from secondary sedimentation tank of municipal wastewater treatment plant, after inoculation, the sludge concentration of SBR Reactor is maintained at 4000 ~ 5000mg/L;

The first stage: for a period of 0 to 36 days, the domestication system only introduces the water distribution containing 2,4, 6-trichlorophenol, and the 2,4, 6-trichlorophenol is added from low concentration to high concentration, that is, 10mg/L ~ 80mg/L, after each concentration, when the effluent can not detect 2,4, 6-trichlorophenol, 4, 6-trichlorophenol influent concentration, until the microbial degradation of chlorophenol reaches the maximum, indicating that the first stage of domestication is completed; The second stage: while maintaining the water after the first stage of domestication, the introduction of sucrose water distribution was started, so that the microorganisms in the SBR Reactor could gradually use sucrose as a co-metabolic organic carbon source, and the 2,4, 6-trichlorophenol could not be detected by the drainage system, which indicated that the domestication process was completed, the system entered a stable operation phase.
The drainage ratio of SBR Reactor during operation is 50%; In the first stage of domestication, the system does not discharge activated sludge, and the sludge discharge is started in the second stage of operation, so that the sludge age (SRT) of the system the sludge concentration was maintained at about 4000 ~ 5000mg/L for 30~35 days. In the second stage, the sucrose concentration in the system was L-536mg mg/L.
during the acclimation, the stirring was started to make the SBR Reactor in a completely mixed state, and the gas flow meter was adjusted to maintain the dissolved oxygen in the SBR Reactor at 1-2mg/L.
